Mental Health in the Workplace


Mental wellness is a significant concern for employees. It is far from surprising that nearly 50 % of employees record struggling with some form of mental health problems, such as depression or nervousness. The impact worth mentioning conditions can be far-reaching and often leads to poor outcomes in the work environment. These include absenteeism, presenteeism, low morale, low job satisfaction and turnover, and even brief and long term disability.
