You would believe that implementing such technologically sophisticated solutions would take a lot of time, money, and development work. However, in that case, you would only be partially correct. Custom coding everything would obviously be extremely expensive, but what if there was another option? I’m pleased to say that there is.
Individual Attributes
Braze was able to transmit the given loyalty code in a message because of Connected Content. It won’t, however, remain in Braze’s user profile. If you wish to use it for additional campaign interaction, you might want to upload it. The second integration method, Custom Attributes, can be used for that.
By using this technique, the Evolve distribution system will be able to push loyalty-related information to user profiles in Braze, where it will be preserved as custom attributes. They can then be injected into messages using Liquid.
The following attributes can be shared between Evolve Custom Attributes and Braze:
Reward card number (can be QR and barcode)
Balance on the loyalty card when the member first joined the programme (current)
URL for a client cockpit (web e-wallet hosted by Evolve)
Preference Center URL (hosted by Evolve)
Reward code (added barcode and QR code)
reward worth (e.g., 20 percent off)
